1. Acceptance

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you disagree, please do not place an order.

2. About Us

Health Lovers LTD is registered in England & Wales, company number 15944578, registered at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR. We produce and sell functional mushroom products (e.g. powders, blends), which are non-psychoactive, organic, lab-tested, and not controlled substances.

3. Formation of Contract

Your order is an offer which we accept when we email or display confirmation of order details (products, price, delivery). At that moment a binding contract is formed, per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to update prices without notice but will honour confirmed order prices. Payment in full is taken at checkout or via your subscription cycle.

5. Subscriptions

Recurring orders (e.g. every 4 weeks) are billed automatically according to your chosen plan. You can cancel at any time before the next charge at no extra cost.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • Despatch time: 2-4 working days.

  • UK mainland delivery: 2-3 working days.

  • Free shipping: On UK orders. Otherwise standard rates apply for all EU and international shipping.

  • International: All UK exports are potentially subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by destination countries. Any such charges are buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund.

  • For faulty or incorrect products, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage.

  • Returns are at your risk until received by us.

8. Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including cancellations and refunds for faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Product Claims & Safety

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. We comply with CAP Code restrictions on health claims.

  • Always read product labels and consult your GP before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have health concerns.

10. Liability

To the full extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect losses or misuse of our products.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, designs) is our property. You may not copy or reproduce without written permission.

12. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, cancel subscriptions, or refuse service at our discretion if these Terms are breached.

13. GDPR & Privacy

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be resolved in English courts if you live in England or Wales - and respectively in Scotland if you reside there.
