Hi - I’m Harry, the founder of Health Lovers.
Before launching Health Lovers, I was deep in London's marketing and hospitality world - fast pace, busy schedules - all while trying to stay healthy, get ahead and find social time with family and friends.
True balance felt like a myth, and tired of being stuck in a cycle of overworking and under-recovering, I made it my mission to find a real solution to help me feel energised, stay focused and find calm.
I discovered the power of functional mushrooms, but quickly realised how misleading so many of these products are on the market; non-organic, full of filler and practically void of any of the important compounds that make them so special.
